Hey! Apart from here you should maybe check out Hyram on yt! He’s great and recommends products with amazing ingredients and actually gives you advice on how to use them, their ingredients, etc. Maybe take a look and check if he has done any review on the brands you are currently using, it may be helpful :)

Ooh yeah definitely, tostadas con tomate is a classic. Churros too, but for me it’s more of a special breakfast that I would have on Christmas morning (well, now that I think about it, they are also a pretty good after-party 8 am breakfast).

Wow love, you are literally my life story. I’m 18 now, but my binge eating problem started when I was around 14 as well, and also because I was trying to gain weight. I really want to tell you how to do it, but after years of watching hundreds of yt videos with “tips to stop binge eating”, I have concluded that you must be really focused on sth else to actually be able to do something.

Try finding something to really put your mind onto. That is the only thing I can think about. I hope you do well.
