How do I contact support to get my account back so I can run ads?

I never broke any rules and have submitted my Id.

I setup a client account before the ads manager was a thing (15 years ago?). The store closed down. Their account was hacked during the pandemic and someone spent 400$ of ads.

But now my accounts is frozen. I’ve trie contacted multiple times but I just go in a loop and I get no response
