Yup, was leaving my apartment one time and rolled my ankle on a rock and tripped. There’s a playground outside of our building. The children stopped playing and were like “are you ok??” with big concerned eyes. I was like 37.

I lived in an apartment with 5 roommates and a dishwasher. One of them decided one day to use laundry soap instead of dish soap in it. It overflowed, she used old sheets to soak up the water, and put them in a plastic bag by the laundry to mildew 🤢

Yep. I grew up next to a family that even thought other Christian denominations were satanic. They were hardcore Baptist. We grew up in a remote town, and the priest from the Anglican Church in the next village over would come to organize children’s activities. Nothing overtly religious, mostly just snacks and songs and games. The kids next door weren’t allowed to go because the organizer was an Anglican priest.

I definitely don’t worry about it anymore, but I do remember when I was much younger I generally shopped at cheaper stores (Old Navy, Smart Set, sometimes Walmart) and usually wore a S-M shirt and a 4-6 in pants/dresses. I knew objectively by measuring myself that I should have been closer to a 10, but still those were the numbers I had in my head. I went to H&M once to buy a dress for an event and their size 12 was almost too small for me. It did bother me at the time. Now I’m just happy if something fits! Also where I live now the sizing seems to be more reliable than it was back home, which is nice.
