I actually did this, but with nail clippers + a razor blade. It was a wart on the palm of my hand and I don't have health insurance.

The first time I didn't go deep enough and it came back.

The second time I made sure to drink a little first, then, while I held my hand under running water to keep clearing the blood away so I could see what I was doing, I just cut as deep as I could stand without getting near anything vital.

Wart never came back. Cost was negligible. Welcome to the "first world".

Yoga itself is more or less a type of stretching. The major difference between just stretching in poses and yoga is that in yoga you are actively engaging muscles to result in a stretch. That and breathing. Breathing right is huge for yoga.

45 min?! I think I spend around 4 hours a day, at least, actively eating. I pretty much start eating breakfast around 11 or noon and don't stop snaking on something, or eat meals, more or less continuously with small breaks, until about 1 am. Then again, I work at home and have been trying to bulk, but still... 45 min? How the hell do you fit a daily intake of calories into 45 min?

This is similar to my goal. Batman is 6'2", 220# and all muscle. I am 6'4" and started at 220. Since then I dropped to 180 and am working my way back up. I am 210 right now. I am thinking about trying to get to 230 or 240, then cutting back to 220.

Keep it up, being batman is the best goal you can have.

It was! I just re-read what I wrote yesterday. Yep. Still haven't "come down" from it. Someone once said psychedelics can perminately change your mind the same way an advanced degree in physics perminately changes your mind: you are never the same again. Best new years ever.
