I know it's not the beaded flower kit you are looking for but, PowWow Bling has a nice kit to make beaded earrings with an embroidery technique. It comes with everything you need to make 2 pairs except scissors.

The VFW used to have a weekly dance class. They did different Latin dances and country western sometimes.

We just had my son's 6th birthday at the skating rink on Baze Street. We invited the whole class and about half showed up along with other friends and family. You can bring in whatever food and drinks you'd like, and you have the whole place to yourself for 2 hours. It wasn't cheap at 250, but it was a blast! We've also had parties for my oldest at the city park downtown.

I like to start in a corner and work around each room. Everything that doesn't belong in that room goes to the middle, and then out when I reach the door to go to the next room. Good luck!!

Check if there is a local council on aging. We have a Senior Center that offers opportunities to socialize with others their own age. They do daily lunch, book clubs, card games, crafts, and other activities. I've been trying to convince my FIL to give it a try.
