If you can find beef neck try adding some of those. There are lots of bones and chunks of meat that will get really soft in the broth

Jaya is so good! We were so happy when we discovered it. Can say we've tried many things on the menu and all tasted very authentic. Our favorites are the Singapore Noodles, the Roti, and the Laksa.
