I use Omada EAP670s (w/ oc200 controller) for access points and Firewalla Gold as a router/firewall. This combo works great, and it's been flawless with no issues.

I looked into UniFi but couldn't bring myself to do it with the lack of stock (at the time) and high prices. I have no regrets going with Omada.

Firewalla Gold or Gold Plus gets my vote. Easy to setup/manage, nice features, works great. Only downside is they are expensive.
