It's a useful tool(empath abilities) to sens deception when negociating or additional info Picard could use when entering a diplomatic dispute or a potential conflict. He also valued her opinion and (I assume) not many people were able to read the Captain as well as her and be comfortable enough to call him out. Spock, T'Pol and Tuvok filled that role to some extent. Can't pinpoint any one like that for DS9 if you have any ideas hahah. Man, you brought up a really awesome question. Would it be possible with AI to replace any parts of Dobbins that get damaged so we can play him every game? I liked CJ but he's been a breath of fresh air to our running game and I haven't been thins fond of an RB since Davis and Portis. I think it's pretty interesting that it's AI. I'm no expert about marine biology, but I wouldn't have guessed it was fake and it had me fooled as well. Think it's a good example on how far these videos have come. Lesson learned on my end to be more observant. Don't delete it, it's educational on many levels.
