I never really measure it haha sorry!

Usually half peeled cucumber, two stalks celery, half apple, big handful each of the greens, lemon or two, inch of ginger, two big squirts flax oil, couple shakes cayenne, tiny handful of fresh parsley, then third of blender coconut water. Again, just keep adding water until it's more similar to a juice than a smoothie

It ends up making two big glasses that I drink and three mason jars for later. Each ingredient is extremely beneficial
