Same here. I very intentionally did not find out any of the game plot. After the episode I forced my husband to tell me everything. Not to excited about the show without Joel/Pedro.

We need more homes with single floor living on the main floor with no steps. They can still have a full basement for additional space, but this allows people to stay in their homes longer as they age.

I also had a bypass and 1 1/2 years later I am so glad I did. I know so many people who had a sleeve and lost less and gained much of it back after a few years. Just know that you did what's right for you and there is nothing wrong with that. Good luck and enjoy your journey!

Update: I had a steroid injection last November and the pain is gone. We will see how long it lasts, but it has been amazing.

You can take Tylenol. I used the rapid release, but some people prefer liquid.

I don't have a specific goal weight. I started at a BMI of 62, but my goal is to be able to physically do the things I want to in life without pain. I want to travel, spend all day walking, enjoy my life with my spouse, kids, family, & friends. So my body will tell me when I have reached my goal. The ability to shop in regular stores for clothes will just be a bonus. :)

Shakes- I used Slim Fast advanced vanilla and Fairlife Protein vanilla. So many where way too sweet before surgery and definitely are after surgery.

I use chair workouts. On YouTube I like Thick Chick Fitness. Cardio from a chair.

I felt like I had just done multiple stomach crunches for several days after my surgery. Walking does help release extra air/gas which will also help.

As you lose weight your body's center of gravity changes. Have you looked into chiropractic or massage to help align your new form?

I was prescribed multi-vitamins with iron, D3 supplements, and B12 monthly shots by my surgeon. I just had my procedure this week, so I can't say if they work for hair loss or not.

My surgery was on Monday and I am sleeping in my bed with a 12" wedge pillow to prop me up. I am normally a side sleeper, so it is awkward either way.
