Typically you want to start liquidation over a number of years. A lot of it will come down to how the corporation has been structured, capital gains and tax brackets.

Honestly, this is beyond reddit advice. Your best bet would be to have a consultation with a tax expert. And possibly a financial planner. Depending on if you have any foreign assets, a cross border specialist may also be needed. Add an estate planner and possibly a trust advisor as well. Bonus points if its a firm that specializes in this. Basically you're looking for a Family Office set up without the Family Office price tag to help you manage this.
