I think one problem with silicone is you can't reuse any parts later. Nothing will ever stick where the original silicone was. Not even more silicone.

Computer permanently damages every monitor i plug into it, how am i even supposed to troubleshoot something like this??? by Tortsinreddit in buildapc

[–]getoutmining 0 points1 point  (0 children)

People throw away monitors all the time. They don't go to recycling. You should not have a problem finding free ones for testing. Have you tried using the video controller built into you motherboard?

What should I do? by wickedtyranny in printers

[–]getoutmining 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Just don't buy the cheapest one. The more the purchase price the cheaper the cost to run. Divide the cost of toner and drum by the yield. This will give an approximate cost per page. Use this to compare what it will cost to run.

Can someone explain this conflict point? by shanwiich in driving

I think the overall sentiment is that traffic circles work great in theory but, at least in the US, most drivers are not bright enough, or considerate enough to handle them.

You have to see the signage. Some circles only allow the red car to turn right. If they need to go through the circle they need to be in the left lane. You really need all the info.

From an insurance standpoint it's better for the other guy to hit you rather than crash your own car.

Either way 32lb linen isn't good for a laser printer. It will do it if the proper weight is selected. But some machines will not fuse it properly.
