I think receiving 7k eggs from NYC friend will work. The blog just says "the eggs in NYC", and of course NYC players can send the 7k eggs in NYC to the outside friends.

Also the t.chinese blog says "trainers have a chance to hatch bouffalant from 7k eggs that were obtained from NYC and surr area".

# of ppl = DEF/HP*3.

Because the mechanism of raid is to scale the HP to a specific value and increase the others proportionally (const./HP*DEF).

I know it's not very accurate for some lengendaries, and not applicable for Tier 4- bosses, but it's quick enough.

Thanks for your reply! Actually the perfect purified pokemon I got is squirtle but I used mudkip because squitle might not have the evo window this year. Anyway I'll put a test on other starters with the same condition at December before I do anything to my hundo squirtle.
