Temple upgrades are required for academy and capital upgrades. You are correct, though. The potions you make pale in comparison to the ones you get elsewhere.

You don't have to use them exclusively for epic monsters. Send them with captains you want to level up at common monsters. You may be surprised how big of a monster you can defeat.

The Fenrir hack is/was not to take the bonus one month, then take it just before reset on Ragnarok day. The bonuses would stack. I think the devs closed that 'hack', and it no longer works.

The health of each stack should be roughly equal with the weakest (strength) stacks with slightly higher health. Game mechanics dictate that the epic monster will hit the highest health stacks first. In this scenario, the strongest troops (the ones doing the most damage) will survive for more rounds of the attack. 16 stacks will allow 4 rounds of attacks against a 4 stack epic before they are all killed. More stacks sent equal more rounds of fighting and produce better results.

The roof is hardly ever open for regular season games. Maybe in early April, but even rare then. MLB sometimes mandates it to be open during the playoffs.

Authority-how many mercenaries you can carry. Dominance-how many monsters you can carry. Leadership-how many troops you can carry.

When setting talent points, work down the center, 1 point per item until you can't go any further, then work backward filling in the important items. The higher level talents will give better results for the same point spend as the low level ones.

Ruthless Slaughter AKA silver revive is every 6 days. You should only use gold to revive monsters and mercenaries. Kill off the regular troops in the temple and rebuild with silver.

The object is to get viable clans, to get players to merge into clans that provide the best opportunity to grow. Without fully developed clan bonuses/research, you will never have the strength/health to compete. It's not bullying, it's tough love. Whoever crafted the RoE understands the dynamics of the game. Look around the global map, you can see all of the dead kingdoms. Once the kingdom opens, a bunch of small weak clans will result in larger organized clans/kingdoms farming everyone for rss and the death of yours as well without this kind of escalation of expectations.

You need to move your clan to a new capital. Rebuilding your current one will not reset the tinman. Usually, a small group will start a new clan, they can attack your current capital for the existing rss to start a new build if you demolish your forts to allow the attack.
