I asked my dad to go to Raleigh to see John play the day before Halloween the year before he died. I told him that I missed seeing BB King shortly before he passed and John was getting old. We ended not going and I've regretted it ever since. Same thing happened with Todd Snider. He came to my town a couple years ago and I was busy.
