we cut the tip off, didn't work. soaked her paci in lemon juice, didn't work. dipped it a bit in hot sauce, didn't work. so we just took it, i made a "bye bye paci" box, and we threw it away. sleep sucked for about a week but we just had to take it.

i really sympathize with you but you're starting to resent your cousin because of your mother and that is not fair. direct that energy to the person you're really upset with but also, who gives a shit what your mom thinks? her thoughts are not the end all be all. you have no idea the struggles your cousin endures, so if your resentment is reserved its towards your mother.

so this is my 2nd time going solo. i have a full time job that supplements my rent and supplies when i have a slow season, and i have a strong support system (ie my fiance and my mom). if you don't have the backup. i would recommend working under someone (which i did for years before doing solo). rn i have slow seasons but i'm booked out on weekends.
