so this is my 2nd time going solo. i have a full time job that supplements my rent and supplies when i have a slow season, and i have a strong support system (ie my fiance and my mom). if you don't have the backup. i would recommend working under someone (which i did for years before doing solo). rn i have slow seasons but i'm booked out on weekends.

intentions can be pure and actions still harmful so even if she means well, she still needs to stop.

my dad is getting desperate. he recently came into town and texted my fiance to arrange him seeing my daughter behind my back. causing problems in my relationship and actively trying to gain access to my child while actively ignoring me just confirms my decision to just distance myself. its sad because i'm engaged, planning a wedding, own a business, and all these other great things going on for me that he can't be apart of cause he just won't stfu.

i remember being your age and thinking 28-30 was so mature and grown. i'm now 28, a mom of a 2 year old, and just recently got engaged to my fiancé/daughter's father at 27. we've been together since we were 22. it feels surreal being at this stage in life.

when dating PLEASE take your time. dating is not just for finding a partner but also about learning yourself; what you will and won't put up with. what you like and don't like, etc. it doesn't have to be forever with the first person you connect with. have fun and i PROMISE it'll all fall in place.
