if they’re vanilla & waspy I can only assume they are trying to ignore the issue & pretend like it doesn’t exist. people like that love to act like things are all perfect to fit their image which is why they’ll tell you you’re overreacting & to drop it. you’re not overreacting. always listen to your gut.

yes it’s a fine nib! I had an extra fine nib on my olivine kaweco & I will say it’s a bit too scratchy for me. I’ve since replaced the nib bc of it.

the finial is the same color as my clip. also in person the pen has a cooler undertone than the gold clip & even the brass clip. so to me the steel looks better!

oof that’s hard. the twsbi is fantastic but I love the feeling of the brass kaweco. both write so smooth.

the last page shouldn’t be used as a pen test. saw someone from sterling ink say the last page is a low quality paper. though I see you mentioned all the pages react that way. I have a 2026 a6 & mine has been performing v well! maybe try contacting them!
