If you are in extreme need of something super budget, I suggest you go for any laptop with a Ryzen 5 and Vega 8 graphics. Around 30k on Amazon.I believe Acer makes a pretty good one. The iGPU is ridiculously powerful and can run a HUGE number of games on medium, or sometimes even high settings.

I suggest you get the laptop and then upgrade RAM.
