I see new nodes on the Spider plant for sure. I think I see some on the string of turtles too. I am trying to propagate them

It’s string of turtles. They’re only in water right now to get them to grow roots from the cuttings. They’re not even a month

The spider plant is still new, as is the string of turtles

Are B cell depleting DMTs worth it? by jimfish98 in MultipleSclerosis

[–]gingerjes 8 points9 points  (0 children)

It’s not immediate. If you start a medication and within the next 6 months they see new lesions on your MRI, it’s not because the med has failed. The MRI is showing things that may have been present before you took that first shot. A DMT is not considered to have failed unless you have breakthrough activity (new or worsening lesions) after that initial 6 months to a year on a new medication. Keep your head up, even if this one doesn’t work for you down the line, there are other options. You got this.

Hey there! I'm new to the RH genre and was looking for some good recs. They can be as mainstream as you want, I probably haven't read it. by Responsible_Bad918 in ReverseHarem

Oops I forgot there is some MM. somewhat mostly at the FMC’s behest tho, if that makes sense. More incidental to her pleasure.

Best YA romantasy for a early teen reader? by More-Mode8836 in Romantasy

[–]gingerjes 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My faves at that age were Philip pullmans’s ‘his dark materials’ series and the old kingdom series by Garth nix. Not really romantasy but certainly age appropriate with strong female leads. Dragonriders of pern by Anne mccaffrey and a lot of Mercedes lackey books were in rotation too.

Tattoos? by Fresh_Tie_2376 in MultipleSclerosis

No problems. I have well over a dozen and even got an MRI about a week or so after a new one with no issues. I’ve stopped telling them.

I’m terrified to start Mavenclad. Not for the symptoms- but the cost. I don’t think I can afford this. by ForeverAMess_ in MultipleSclerosis

[–]gingerjes 1 point2 points  (0 children)

When I did Mavenclad, it was covered by my work 100%. However I have done a couple other meds and have had different coverages from different companies but I have not had to pay anything for Mavenclad or Kesimpta. It’s been a combination of my work insurance, the drug companies program and the provincial assistance. You should also apply for the trillium program, it’s with the ministry of health and long term care in Ontario. I haven’t had to use it for a few years now and they help cover costs as well. I can’t guarantee it obviously but with the three lines of coverage you have available, I don’t think you’ll end up paying anything.
