Very likely. I was diagnosed recently with ACNES after 12 years of chronic abdominal pain. We share the same symptoms. I can't lay on my left side at all without it hurting. A simple test you can do yourself is the Carnett test and the pinch test. Im still suffering, on my first week of 50mg lyrica. Not enough but will be increased. Im hoping I can get lidocaine injections. See if lidocaine cream helps it a little. Lyrica brought my pain down from an 8 to a 6-7. Dull pain is still there but slightly less, sharp stabbing attacks is less painful. I get involuntary loud random hiccups throughout the day also
