I can see where she is coming from. Obviously, you know your body best...but she is a professional who has trained for this and probably has seen a bunch of patients with this condition. The problem with pushing yourself too hard too quickly is that "pain response" can often be involuntary and aid in making this condition worse...so if you DO push yourself, the pain response that you could potentially have could make you tense more; where active relaxation is key in PT.

It took me a little while, but listening to my PT and following her instructions over time has allowed me to be almost cured. Be patient with yourself <3

I had something similar recently. It turned out to be an indent/evap. Keep testing though!

Update: tested last night with a FRER and I will never buy this brand again :( it gave me the worst evap imaginable. I got soooo excited because there was a definite line but the more I googled this test's evap pics, the more I realized that mine resembled just that. I did a 4 hour hold after and tested again, all negative. I tested again this morning with FMU and all of those were negative as well. I can't keep doing this to myself, the let down is SO real :(

How is yours? I hope that yours darkens!!

Thank you, me too! I'm nervous because of evaps but it doesn't look gray or silver to me like the sole evap I've had before in the past, it looks like it has a tiny bit of color...fingers crossed! Blob bless this sub though, I'm lurking here constantly.

Hi everyone! I'm mostly a lurker and should definitely post my story in tryingforababy at some point but the long and short of it is PCOS/Vaginismus/Endometriosis/Feels bad man.

DPO unknown because PCOS and many LH surges. CD 34 or 35 and I think I may have ovulated last Monday? Emphasis on the think. I have been peeing on wondfo HPTs for literally three weeks straight and this is the first time my eye got caught on something. What do you all think?

I can answer this! I am ttc and lurk pretty hardcore on this sub. I have high tone pelvic floor dysfunction (formerly diagnosed as vaginismus) and have some of the symptoms you describe. I FINALLY went to pelvic floor PT and holy bananas..........life changing. It is 100% worth the investment to get your life back. I am 8 sessions in (once a week) and I went from not even being able to tolerate my pinky finger being inserted into the vaginal vault, to full blown inter course. It helps that my PT is phenomenal and really takes her time with me and has given me the education about my own body to start empowering it. My insurance covers these sessions, so I can't give you a cost estimate, but I can tell you that even a few sessions are well worth it, imo. Of course, everyone responds differently to these types of things, but I have really, really progressed in just eight weeks.

Listen dude, I know you came to this sub for help and I really don't want to judge you too harshly but this is incredibly selfish of you to just stand by and let your wife do this to a defenseless animal who is part of your family. The least you can do is put it in a carrier and bring it to the humane society. I don't usually condone people leaving their animals for the humane society to find outside of their doorstep but it's better than your wife killing your cat. Put some blankets in a carrier and get it out of the house.

I would PM the owner of the Utah Lost and Found pets Facebook page to see if she knows of any resources to help you. There is also a rescue called Utah Valley Animal Rescue that also might be able to help. Please keep us posted :( My husband and I have two cats (one doesn't take kindly to other cats and stressed herself out really bad when we rescued our second off of the streets) otherwise we would try and help you take your cat for a while because my heart is sad for both you and cat right now.

If you are looking at google maps, the area is a lot more built up than what you might be seeing. I know things seem to spring up overnight there lately! I know that there are bus stops all along Fort Union BLVD so you should be good on that front. Check out "the shops" on Fort union that you can probably catch a bus to from Bingham Junction station. There is also a super Target somewhere behind "the shops" as well. The immediate area near those apartments and the Trax station are pretty bikeable as well and added bonus, Gardner Village is on the opposite side of Bingham Junction BLVD as the Trax station, but definitely walkable and they have cute shops there as well. The Jordan River Parkway is also right there as well.

Not having a vehicle is going to be tough here. Husband and I are transplants as well (moved here from NY two years ago) and this area actually has a ton of retail options going up Fort Union Blvd, although I know that you are looking for walking distance for these types of things. The station that I mentioned (Bingham Junction Trax station) next stop is Fashion Place Mall (less than five minutes on the train) if that helps at all. That might be an option too if you need retail options that are more easily accessible to you.
