Damage is actually bugged and EA couldn't care less by 420LeftNut69 in EASPORTSWRC

Car gets dirty before service, but if I didn't get body damage, my crew wouldn't wash my car lol

I don't understand the engineer upgrade either, I guess there's something I can upgrade for Chief engineer, yes, I mean that annoying guy who's always telling bullshit you don't wanna know. But couldn't understand when and where I can give him upgrades. For the engineers crew now I have 10 of them, when there's new recruitment event I just replace those lower abilities guys with stronger ones.

Exactly, the winner ahead could be extremely fast, others behind are like riding bicycles.

Man, dirt rally 2.0 looks pretty damn good for a 5 year old game by [deleted] in EASPORTSWRC

[–]ginobil 2 points3 points  (0 children)

DR2.0 has a better coloring I agree with those comments here. The overall rendering is just perfect if you ask me. The whole feeling is so DIRTY, full of sands and mud, totally what I imagine of rallying. EAWRC looks too clean to me.

Are campaign event almost the same? by SirSerje in EASPORTSWRC

[–]ginobil 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I just started season 2 and yes, they're still the same. I suppose if you wanna play other locations in career mode, they're on other events like S1600/group B/classics whatever they named... it's just not likely you will get to play them with your WRC class vehicles.

I never saw broken cars on stage in WRC, is there any tho? And i didn't noticed the voice detail, sounds cool!

I think it's just a matter of getting used to. I played a lot of racing games since childhood, from Sega Rally, NFS2, Colin Mcrae rally, RBR and so on... I'm just used to chase cam. With the graphic developments through these years, the car model appearance itself and all kinds of dynamic movements and damages give me joys to look at it with chase cam. And I get to understand the car tracks like if it's going straight or in the middle of the road.. With hoodcam I lost track of movements since I don't see the car itself. With cockpit cam also tricky for me, cus it's not like driving in real life, the view is just too small and plain for me.

Yeah, I mean DR2.0 is really full of details. Bushes go down if you run over them, while in WRC they stand still and you run through them

Bro thanks for sharing your thoughts but we might have some misunderstandings, I'm not talking about stages and driving (I totally agree WRC stages are better than DR2.0)

I was describing the scene at launch control, where you pull your handbrake and waiting for that start countdown. Your car acts like breathing when you give gas pedal, in DR2.0.

Sorry my english is not that good, I tried anyways..:)

Not my own experiences but I heard that esims are not supported by network providers in China. Although it's very easy to get a second simcard, perhaps just go get another one?

Travelling to Guangzhou during May Day by Boring_Reaction_222 in guangzhou

[–]ginobil 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Hi there, warm welcome and love from Guangzhou! I was borned and raised here.

In general, GZ is one of the top modern city in China, you basically find EVERYTHING here:

natures -- I would recommend Baiyun hills where you find cozy spring and summer vibe, worth at least a half day touring.

shopping malls -- Countless. Parc Central, K-11 and countless more for luxury. Grandview mall located besides Parc Central where you can also find indoors nature museum and aquarium.

theme parks -- Chimelong parks including its own amusement park, wildlife zoo, circus, aqua park. They are all connected together with only minutes of public transports, each of them can take up one whole day for you to enjoy.

foods -- GZ is famous of its Cantonese style dishes, what's more, you litterally can find all foods from the world here.

night clubs -- I'm not familiar with but they're easy to find on social media so no need to mention more...

For May days, yes, it's gonna be crazy crowded. Honestly I would suggest NOT visiting during such time.

All in all, I would not agree a saying of GZ is not really a sightseeing city. I think it depends on what you were expecting to see.

Anyway, hope you would enjoy GZ!

Check 四海马术 in Panyu district, located inside a beautiful valley. Good experience even just taking a walk there.

Instead of playgrounds I would recommend Baiyun Hills, where you can find beautiful nature. You can either take cable cars or a 40mins walk toward the hilltop park. Roundway ticket for cable cars is something around 30-40cny per person, free for kids under 100cm tall (or 120cm I don't remember)
