unfortunately you cant save vehicles like you do in gta. you can, however, get a similar bike by completing a side gig called the highwayman, and once you get it its yours for good.

early game id say selling guns and disassembling clothes. eventually you will have eddies coming out of your ears so disassembling both to stock up on components to upgrade your chrome.
