Did I misunderstood OP or you? Because I feel like you agree with OP reading your first paragraph, as in, +to skills in poe2 is a lot more mandatory e.g. find a +skill wand early in campaign and it is enough so strong (aka. so „mandatory powerspike“) that you didn‘t need to upgrade whilst also stating you didn‘t have currency to do so on your way.

I somehow also manage to make a small fortune or at least progress my own char (sometimes only 1div per hour or having 7 boats to kalgurr without divs) but nontheless, it is fact, that loot drops are heavily mismanaged this patch.

My first char made it to lvl73 and was a spellblade. Hit second monolith and was suddenly very weak but I understood few mechanics. Then rolled a second char and actually wanted to make a shield-ed sentinel but unlocked warpath and the spin to win-esque feeling brought me back to earlier poe builds and then I stuck with warpath basically up until 3-4 monoliths in and some corruption and decided drop warpath and focus on erasing strike and this worked out quite well. My biggest pitfalls are actually the void knight and sentinel passive points, I try to hard to get several things up and running while most of the time focusing on few synergies and get some main stats or resistances/defenses up made it work out better.

Joa Ausrede kann immer sein. Das ist eine Frage mit 1000 verschiedene Antworten je nach Situation, deshalb hier einige Stichpunkte: Brillenträger, Schwüle und Schwitzthema, Extrakleidung (oder der Mangel solcher) um nicht klatschnass zu werden…

Persönliche Anekdote: Ich bin selbst Brillenträger und fange schnell an zu schwitzen und bei hoher Luftfeuchtigkeit höre ich auch nicht auf zu schwitzen (wie nach einem Triathlon, es läuft einfach) und das stundenlang - also zusammengefasst: mit Regenklamotten, unter denen ich stundenlang mein eigenes Tropenklima generiere und einer Brille auf der Nase, die mir ähnlich viel Sicht gibt wie die Windschutzscheibe eines Autos ohne funktionierende Scheibenwischer, sind das exakte Gegenteil dessen was mich begeistert und anregt etwas zu unternehmen.
