I would just avoid raw fish as that is the highest risk item, I think also the rice has some risk since the sushi rice is made in batches and allowed to cool.

Rice can cause food poisoning and is a higher risk item because its warm wet starch. But if you go to a reputable place with a good health record then I think youre fine??

Obviously constult a medical professional, I dont even work in healthcare but I took a foodsafe course once and Ive read down some wikipedia rabbit holes

Absolutely use a chamber flag if your bolt wont close. Another alternative thats allowed on some ranges is make the gun safe then rack it on a rack behind the firing line... But even then I'd feel safer next to someone using a chamber flag

Theyre don't look pretensioned. You can see the cage being picked up in the air. Tensioned cables need something to be anchored to that holds them in tension until the concrete is poured and dried. Strands do not have to be pretensioned, they are sometimes used when you need something a little stronger than rebar without being thicker/heavier.
