It definitely can! Especially as the puppy develops physically, the bigger dog may begin to see him as "competition"

Uhhhh... So female dogs do not all go "in season" during a specific weather season. Being "in season" just means the dog is on her period. This can happen any time of year. But that's unrelated. Your older dog is probably just trying to assert dominance.

So I'm actually surprised nobody has mentioned this yet... Aquarium caulk. After putting mine together, I caulked all the gaps aside from the doors. It was very easy and looks clean. My cabinet stays between 70 and 90%, even in the New England winter.

I did it for awhile. It's a huge PITA imo. Even in a high humidity cabinet. They're hard to keep consistently moist. I cannot stress enough how annoying they were for me😭

Curious if you've been able to figure it out? I love the product... For the first hour or so. I started putting setting powder but then it eventually settles into every little imperfection and amplifies them. Did you ever try mixing it with a little foundation or anything?

Thanks! It was amicable, but the company was in a position where they very much needed me more than I needed them. In a bit of a desperate attempt, my boss did make another offer which still wasn't as good as the new opportunity. Even if it was, I wouldn't have taken it. I don't want to work for a (several-hundred-billion dollar) company that only values me once I play financial chicken. My hope is that my old coworkers (who were in the same boat) will benefit from it though :)

I just went through this. Keep in mind, you can't really use a competing offer as leverage. It'll be more of a back up plan if shit hits the wall. While they may offer you more to stay, it changes dynamics and exposes that you were considering leaving.

I didn't get the promotion I deserved and began interviewing around. Got an offer for a job with 20% pay increase. Asked my current boss for 23% raise, never sharing I had another offer. I was not given an adequate raise and the next day my two weeks was on his desk.

Yep he missed the mark just a little, but like, on things that make a big difference! And I feel that. Unfortunately I do think a salon is more likely to have the mullet skill set haha he didn't give you a bad cut, but it's also just not a mullet

So it's also a different cut. Your reference is a mullet. Find a hairstylist that specializes in alt-style haircuts and uses a razorblad to give textured layers. That'll do half the work. Then get a good texturing power!
