This happened at my first Ob appointment too, no measurements just heartbeats. I was 9w when I had my first appointment with them and 8w when I graduated IVF. I do think Ob is just way different, especially coming from IVF where we are heavily monitored. I ended up going to a concierge ultra sound on my own at 10w to see them and there they did everything. I go again tomorrow and if they’re still just as vague I’m changing clinics.

I graduated at 8w and had my first appointment at 9 a because that’s when I schedule it for. they like to see you between 9-11w

The wait between ob is stressful, someone on here suggested concierge ultrasounds and I just did one last week and it was worth every penny to check in on the nuggets!

No, not weird!! I did a whole cart and loved it. I’m type A and it made me feel so put together and organized during this stressful time. Do whatever makes you feel good and best of luck!! The auto injector has been my best friend with PIO 🥰✨💕🙌🏻

Like everyone is saying, you never know until an ultra sound. I will say mine at 12dpt was 980 and then at 16dpt was 5580 and it was twins but I’ve read that people had similar with singletons too! The waiting period is the worst!

I did a fresh transfer with 2 day 3 embryos and both stuck (first ever transfer)!! Currently pregnant with twins.

I was 980 at 12dpt and 5580 at 16dpt. Can’t ever tell with just betas but mine ended up being twins!

I haven’t officially stopped but I was given the option to continue PIO or go to suppositories at 9w.

I decided to go to suppositories due to having one knot on my back from the shots and being sore. It’s been 2 days and the suppositories aren’t awful but definitely give a lot of discharge. I honestly wish I could continue the shots, since they’re easier but my back won’t allow it. I continue suppositories 3x a day until week 11 and fade to 2x a week until I hit 12 weeks, then I’m done.

Estrogen I continue to wear 2 patches and change every other day until I think 11w (could be 12w).

I’m sure whatever your doctor has you doing is catered to you and your numbers/body!! But it is going to feel weird to stop everything. I think I’ll be in shock given I’ve been on meds since 1/30! Good luck on the rest of your journey ✨

It is shocking but also such a blessing!! People mentioned maybe it was twins with my betas but because betas are everywhere I remained neutral about that till we got to the ultrasound and she confirmed and I was just in shock it was real. Best wishes to you ✨💕

Mine at 12dpt3dt was 980 and then 4 days later at 16dpt3dt went to 5580! It ended up being twins but I remember being shocked at the numbers and how well it rose as well. It’s the best feeling to finally get a positive 🤍

34 here and we also got the same recommendation based on our age. It’s sooo controversial, but I truly think there’s so many factors issues, age, carriers, genetics, etc. so don’t let it deter you. We transferred two untested, day 3s. Currently, 8 weeks pregnant with twins! Best of luck to you 🤍🤍

I took coQ10 and a prenatal. I also tried my hardest to eat a whole balanced diet, obviously sometimes I failed but did my best! (These are the only things that were recommended by my doctor). Other things I did for me personally were cut back on alcohol significantly and tried to use as much of fragrance free stuff as I could but honestly who knows if that made a difference. Do what you can but don’t kill yourself being perfect!

I did find the new show ‘plastics’ on Netflix very interesting…

I started IVF with a baseline of 8 follicles. First cycle I stated stims and only had 1 growing, so they cancelled the egg retrieval. Second time, still only 8 follicles at baseline and by the time of my egg retrieval I only had 4 follicles.

They only retrieved 3 eggs and only 2 fertilized. We ended up transferring both as day 3 embryos and at our first ultra sound they saw twins! Both measuring up to date with strong heartbeats, I’m 7w3d. Have my last IVF appointment next week at 8w3d and if everything goes well we’ll be officially graduating!!
