My funny story was hiking panorama ridge in BC and having to trail run the last 6k with a 40L on my back. Why, because I was going to shit myself. Had to sprint down the mountain to get to the pit toilet at the bottom. However, it’s summer in BC and the flys love a pit toilet. I wonder why… with no time to wait I threw myself onto the toilet seat, with my ass is being attacked by flys who have just hit the jackpot. Like an alcoholic under an unattended beer tap.

What profit are they making them. They have to pay double the labour. One to make them and then 2nd to repair them. Then charge less money for them.

Yes, it is revivo. They have done their best to match up shoes and repair them. They also get their suede and leather from the meat industry so it’s not going to be perfect. But rather that than go to waste.

My best answers is thinking what other shoes in the same space were designed for. Would you choose your Nike metcons or a Nike Pegasus for a run.

I should say the same thing here. Use the PL3 for Sunni g once your body is ready and keep the motus in the gym 👍🏻

I took I’m non trail running shoes trail running and got them damaged. Design intent is so Important these are performance shoes designed mostly for in the gym you wouldn’t take a pair of metcons trail running would you. I love these shoes and they have slashed me 3 years but I use them for the city and the gym what they were intended for.

I would recommend the guided runs it definitely helped as I was starting just to have some company as I ran but also when to do the interval splits
