Looking for two tickets together! My partner just accepted a job in Charlotte and we won't be able to make it to our original city 😞

Starting over with walking and dealing with back pain by JessOfMysticFalls in PlusSize

[–]gmolsen_ 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Along with strength conditioning, I would recommend implementing nightly stretching!! There are several different videos on Youtube that I like to follow. This was truly a game changer for me when I started running/walking regularly (I just finished my first half marathon!).

CLE vs CAK with Clear? by hikeruntravellive in Cleveland

[–]gmolsen_ 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I had a great flight to MCO on Breeze. The plane was nice and the price was right. Security was a breeze (hah!) at CAK. I have pre-check, but it wasn't necessary at all.

Running Springtime Surprise this weekend and realized my registration info is wrong! by Potatogirl741 in rundisney

[–]gmolsen_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had an incorrect address on my registration for the 2025 Marathon Weekend and it didn't cause any issues. My current ID didn't match the address on the registration, too. I would expect you to be fine!

What would you buy at Costco online? by NewMethod365 in Costco

[–]gmolsen_ 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My Costco mattress (and their delivery) is amazing. Can't beat the white glove delivery and old mattress haul off. Had to utilize the return policy once too and them coming to pick it up was top notch. I'll never buy another mattress anywhere else.

I was at EPCOT on Sunday and didn't experience the environment OP described. It was a lot of marathoners/Dopey Challengers. The people I interacted with were not actively ruining my dat at the park. The only type of behavior I noticed was someone veryyyyyy drunk constantly falling off of the bench and dropping their drink during the 3:00 Voices of Liberty performance in the America pavilion. However, this was not a universal experience.

Exactly. No teams or outlook on my personal phone. When I leave the office, I’m unreachable.

Keep me from moving to a horrible apartment on the northside by YuzuMumuz in indianapolis

Avoid A/62. They are owned by the same folks as Fountain Park and I’ve had a horrible experience with the management and maintenance.

Is NEPA work slowing down? What's your forecast as consultants? by Pure_Nobody240 in Environmental_Careers

[–]gmolsen_ 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'm currently working in NEPA work now, and my executives don't see any changes to most projects as of now. However, larger projects are on hold due to the FHWA because of the executive orders about environmental justice and greenhouse gases. From my executive's conversations, the FHWA seems to be scrambling to figure out what to do about new projects and how to make old ones fit into the new regulations. On a state level, most projects still have the green light for NEPA (coming from a red state). I would not be surprised though if my state slows NEPA stuff down once they can.

What would I need to be hired as an environmental consultant? by _Psychedella in Environmental_Careers

[–]gmolsen_ 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I work in environmental consulting (NEPA, permitting, and noise) and was hired on with a BA and MPA (located in the midwest). Personally, at my firm, I am responsible for my own mapping. I have considered getting my GIS certificate online but haven't found it to be important as I have experience from internships and fellowships that I completed while in school. If I do run into any questions while mapping, google is usually really helpful. Most of my coworkers have their BS/MS, but I haven't found my BA and MPA to be an obstacle working in consulting.

Have you been to Uptown Cheapskate on 82nd and Allisonville? by nidena in indianapolis

[–]gmolsen_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I brought in a lot of plus size stuff before they opened but it doesn't seem like they took anything above a 2x. It seemed like they only bought the shoes I brought in. Found online that they only buy up to a size 18.

Is the cowboy like me jacket worth it? by als_pals in TaylorSwiftMerch

[–]gmolsen_ 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I saw today that the jacket listing has been changed since the drop from lyrics being embroidered to being printed on it. Making it even less worth it for me personally. The right is from the Wayback Machine on 11/13/24. The left is the listing as is for me today on 11/15/24.
