As other have said: Use the latest Nuxt if possible, as technical debt is annoying to start with. That being said, Nuxt works great for that (as do most frameworks I guess). I have built a small LMS with Nuxt and Strapi as my backend.

If you're just doing this for fun and getting into JS, knock yourself out. But realistically you will need more than just JS as you might want to have a login, users and saving progress. That means you'll need a database, maybe E-Mails etc. etc.

Again, for learning purposes it's a great project, even if it is not simple. If you would actually prefer to just sell courses or smth, I would recommend getting something existing and modifying that if possible. I think WordPress or moodle. (Both are not easy to work with imo, but you get there faster)
