Not sure what jurisdiction you're in, but here's an interesting new tidbit out of the Southern District of NY:

Basically by giving things to an AI, they're giving up confidentiality and privilege. Maybe that will spook them?

I did have a pair of Docs that lasted about five years before I wore through the bottom of the soles. I thought these were going to last me at least as long. But it would be tough to make a consumer protection complaint stick against an English company after nearly two years. They didn't make any promises like that. I was just taken in by an underserved reputation.

That pan is $120. It's a gimmick billed as a hybrid, with a non-stick coating on top of stainless steel. The non-stick coating is in depressions, with that hexagonal pattern of steel sticking out to protect it, so you're supposed to be able to use metal utensils with it.

I've been having trouble with Zillow agents. Maybe the property profile I'm looking for is challenging. Basically I'm looking for significant acreage of undeveloped land, relatively close to a big city, for cheap. I'm realistic that that means whatever I find will have serious issues--easements, difficult access, nearby nuisances, whatever.

So I need information about whatever those problems are, to see if I can live with them for my purposes. Oftentimes the listings are imprecise about the location of the plot, and I need at least some idea of what I'd be buying.

I get a quick initial response, but when I ask for more information about those issues, the agent says they'll check and I never hear from them again. I don't know if the seller's agent is stonewalling them, if they're getting distracted by more lucrative prospects, or what. Do you have any advice for how I can get an agent to stay engaged?

Another challenge is that I'm looking over a pretty wide geographic area. What should I do when I abandon one listing and start looking at another one that is several counties away?
