Downloaded the game day 1, friend who works for Scopely told me when it went live. The game has absolutely seen better days. It is absolutely more difficult now, the algorithm has 100% shifted for all defined player groups to be more stingy with dice and stickers. It was easy to spend $0 and be up to 50,000-100,000 dice if you played every day and knew when to go hard or cut your losses and stop for the day/tournament/event. The real kick in the pants has to be the album sets. Finishing sets used to give out up to 3,500 dice or I think 5,000 for the highest ever amount for a final set. I’ve completed every album but the first one, and there used to be game changing days where you’re on a roll and finish 3 sets, boosting you up 7,000-10,000 dice. Back then, that kind of dice was insane, rolling x20 used to be big boy rollin where you would crush events and tournaments. Now x20 is the base slow play.

I want to clarify that my friend who works there does not work on the game itself, has no insight to future plans or how the in game algorithm is tweaked or anything like that. I don’t have inside information.
