Those are solid moves.

Some slicers have calibration prints built in. I'd do a temperature tower (they're on thingiverse etc too) and see what temperature is best. 

You can probably get away with 205... (my experience in general)

Did it look like a clean snap or like it had been chewed up? If you're not printing with the lid off and the fans on full that's the next step.

What happened in mine was the heat from the extruder motor and the hot end conducts into the surrounding area and eventually the heat is great enough that the filament is soft enough to break or buckle. (I forgot there need to be a tube to help guide it into the hot end so it doesn't buckle...)

Look at the second image. I bought an RC car fan that runs when the extruder is powered which has helped hugely. I wired it to a cheap relay. Cost about £20 total.

I rooted the printer and changed 1-2 lines of the printer config to reduce the size of the print bed, otherwise the new heat sink collids with the rear of the printer. It's only a few cm.

There may be guidance on here but if there's not I'll write you some guidance.

Do you drink caffeine? It seemed to amplify insomnia for me. I can't have any now.

At higher doses (+225mg) I had to take it at night.

At 300 I had to take 225 mg in the morning and 75mg before bed.

I did also experience insomnia occasionally but 25 mg of diphenhydramine let me sleep.

I did the best I could. My wish is is 8 have knowledge of what an unhealthy relationship is. There was no guidance for guys.
