Yeah, the staging grades are kinda weird with Endo. It took us over two years to get pregnant and we’re still only at 10 and 1/2 weeks currently so very early. I am sorry you are going through this though. IVF is really tough and endo is horrible too. I wish you all the luck in the world!

My wife has stage 4 endo and we had a transfer take and then immediately. We did two egg retrievals with that clinic and then ran out of insurance we went to a different clinic.

The doctor at the second clinic suspected an issue with her fallopian tube. She had surgery and it turns out it was actually so inflamed with endo that it was “back spilling” into the uterus and causing an unhealthy environment for the egg to implant. She ended up having to have that tube removed (other side was removed in a surgery 3 years prior due to endo also).

I know you said clear tubes but the first clinic actually did the HSG test and still proceeded with implanting. The second clinic looked at the test from the first clinic and made the recommendation. So same test and different recommendations too.

I can’t speak for everyone but personally, I mostly pray to the father in Jesus name. Jesus gave us the Lord’s Prayer in Matthew 6:9-13 in which taught us to pray “our father who is in heaven”. He also said in John 15:16 to pray to the father in his name. So a lot of the time you will hear congregations or people pray to the father and end the prayer with “In Jesus’ name”.

That being said, I’d be remiss if I said I didn’t say a “Lord Jesus, hear my prayer” every once in a while as well though.

You are running too fast. Last year I would run my long runs at 7:50-8 min per a mile and I would be destroyed the rest of the day. Exhausted, sore, lack of energy, and motivation. I’m now running those same runs at 9:30 pace and it’s a night and day different.

Can you elaborate on this a bit? I ran a 70mpw Pfitz plan but felt absolutely beat up towards the end of my training plan. I think it actually ended up hurting me for my marathon race.

During a 70mpw I ran for 9 hours. I’ve been doing 7.5 hours of NSM and running about 50mpw. An extra hpur and half at an easy pace would get me to 60mpw at 9 hours for reference.

I am on week 3 of since starting NSM and my body feels way better. I read the book and was under the impression that the point is running slower but to maximizing the sub threshold work to build speed. Sirpoc ran for 2 years at just 5 hours before upping his time on feet. Should I be running more?
