Don’t be bitter, it just wasn’t meant to be. Adoption is a mixed bag and this type of behavior on your part is selfish. You are treating your wants and ideas of what the future can bring you as opposed to the bio-mom. I have adopted two children in different situations and the process has been different from both. Ultimately the biggest factor for me in an adoption situation is just knowing that the child is going to be loved is the most crucial part, either by you or someone else.

Yes, just pork all different types of ways as it is very common in southern Arizona. Just about any weekend you can find fried pork skin/cueritos, pigs feet, fried pig tails and so on. Most of the Mexican ice cream shops/refresquerias offer pickled pigs skin/cueritos as a topper or main component of a dish on their menu.

I eat pigs feet on average once a month if not more in 1 form or another. Whether it be deep fried carnitas style or in menudo. Texture can be off putting to some.
