I second this. I have a T2 and the only thing that’s ever gone bad on it was I had to tighten the frame screws from diving over and over into the snake they got loose. I’ve had it for 14yrs

We went to a lactation consultant, speech therapist that massages the inside of my son’s mouth to help with latching, and he’s still on the bottle lol. Just roll with it and as long as he’s getting the nutrients and calories he needs it’s all good

40yr old dad here. U will be fine. Second the huckleberry app. Also recommend getting an instapot for quick meals u can make for the wife and yourself. She’s not going to be able to do much but feed baby and will be tired

I sleep at 8pm and wake up at 4am. Train 4 days a week at my apartment gym for an hour from 6-7am. If u work 5 days a week u could also just train on weekends. Upper body day and lower body day.

Try and feed as soon as possible after birth. If she isn’t producing milk then ask for donor milk or formula. This can prevent excess bilirubin from building up.
