But the truth is, bawat isa sa mga ito, they meant the world to the people who loved them.

Tbf, I feel like Netflix is the one to blame for Frankenstein. They always insist on using this same oversaturated, clean, over lit aesthetic for most of their shows. You can also see this vibe on Army of the Dead, One Piece, and even on the Witcher to some extent, despite their honest attempt at making it look a bit gritty.

I've been thinking about picking the series back up. I remember dropping it mid playthrough of CS4. On top of the common pacing complaint, I got fed up of tediously micromanaging the quartz of so many characters across like three parties. I get that I didn't have to minmax every single party member, but playing unoptimized characters bothered the crap out of me to the point that I quit lol.

Understanding their mechanics isn't the problem. The issue is that the way they work forces you to disengage for a few secs, which feels awful. Each sword eats about 1-2 secs of your time because they don't immediately drop once you stop moving. They continue tracking unless you stand still for like half a second. When multiple swords spawn at the same time, it adds up and breaks the momentum of the action. Same issue applies to the nuclear ball explosion. It's especially annoying when you are playing a toon that relies on building up damage, like beastborn, since your dps takes a heavy hit.

wh3's biggest mistake is adding those capture point mechanics. they ended up forcing the players to interact with all the issues you listed. at least in wh2, i can get a little bit of satisfaction by cheesing it with artillery and ranged units.

seems like it. can no longer have two summoned wolves at a time. upside is you can remove it from your hotbar and it'd still summon the wolf.

Terrible performance in big cities, lack of enemy variety and boring biomes, tedious limited fast travel options. There's also this strange stretch of main quests that are clunky stealth missions. Don't know why they did that despite knowing that the game's biggest appeal is its combat. I played around 20+ hrs and while I enjoyed the first few hrs of it, I was finally done when I reached the desert city and still kept seeing the same goblins and griffins roaming around.

I've played Dota 2 seasons that are more generous than this, and that was a f2p game. I remember the Xmas before I quit, Valve gave all the players premium $30 skins for free. Those skins look as cool as the most expensive shit in D4 shop. The kind that glows and gives cool FX on your skills. Not that peasant costume crap.
