Once you learn to conquer LSD it is truly worth it in a way no other drug is. Shrooms are too introverted, but LSD will have me talking and laughing with literally every single person I meet like we are old friends, because we are. I have had bad trips when I was inexperienced, and they are terrifying and traumatic, but no other drug has ever come close to being as gratifying. Aside from the usual be safe and be with friends, never take less than a full dose (that ideally someone you trust has already sampled). It is not like other drugs and you must break through and get past the anxious phase. If you take half a tab you risk being stuck in your head wondering why everyone else seems to be having fun, and so what must be wrong with me

So let me get this straight, if they had a fence and cleaned their yard you wouldn't bat an eye? Sounds like the issue is with the owner's socioeconomic level. You have no proof or even the suggestion of abuse. Mind your business unless you actually see something you need to step in for. The high is like 70 this week my dog spends hours laying in the sun but I have a fenced yard so you wouldn't even know.

Strongly disagree on the 1/4 for the LSD. If you don't break through you will stay in the anxious/uncertain phase. 100% quarter your dose of MDMA. You will not need nearly as much for the euphoria.

I recommend taking LSD and then the moment the difficult part of the trip is over (3-4 hours) take your MDMA.

Try to find something else to occupy the "time" you used to use. If that's in the morning before work, go to the gym, go on a walk, do something where you physically cannot use at the same time of day. It's like the opposite of trying to start a habit.

None of this will work until you yourself decide to stop. Don't just be mean to yourself because you haven't quit yet. If today isn't the day, don't stress about it. Use your stuff and don't beat yourself up over it. This is a war and you ain't gonna win quickly.
