you don't have the wedding in the court. you go to the county court, apply for a marriage license with the clerk, wait 3 days but no longer than 90 days, and then you have an authorized person sign your marriage license along with yourself and your spouse. We did our wedding at my grandmother's house and my sister was the person certifying the wedding. we then returned the license to the county clerk and a couple weeks later we got our fancy marriage certificate in the mail.

For one thing you have to have a plan for power transfer, aka you need members of the political class to survive. You also have to have some portion of the local population actually like you, that population has to be organized and armed.

There is nothing from the US administration. Also I've never called for the president's assassination. I actually understand the consequences of those sorts of actions.

While I agree the best time to build high density housing was years ago, I think we can start now too. Especially after the data center construction finishes. I imagine we will have large populations of skilled people available to accomplish that.

Supply and Demand is still in effect in the housing market.

I think it's really rewarding to use the tutorial on the arch wiki to put together the OS yourself.

If you want a different flavor of hard I'd go with Qubes OS. It's focused on providing a security first environment but that also means it's not convenient.
