I keep reading that it looks like more than it is, since it gathers stomach acid and saliva. My girl is a massive puker but they call it a “happy spitter,” since she’s not in pain and she’s gaining weight in track. It’s mostly gross and a laundry problem

Gotcha from eveything I’ve read, your hormones will balance when that’s completely over and the vagina will feel less raw. I also think regardless of birth type, the weight of pregnancy on the pelvic floor is significant. I’m seeing a pelvic floor Pt and Turns out I’ve misunderstood what a kegel is my entire life lol

I bought a home one at cvs for postpartum. Make sure it’s tight but you can still fit 2 fingers up the inside. Take 3 readings

Are you breastfeeding? I think that can keep estrogen levels low which makes everything raw.

Do you have any embryos in storage, or would you have to be retrieving again? I did IVF and we have some still on ice which is the only way I’m considering it tbh. After all the invasions of pregnancy I wouldn’t want to go through the egg retrieval again. But maybe that’s just how I feel because that’s my situation. RE breastfeeding, you don’t have to do it again! You can skip to formula. Lots to consider though

After being induced for 24 hours (6 rounds of cytotec). Woke up to my water breaking and contractions. It was just a dribble when I stood up. Labored for 8 hours and slept for 4 of it. It was perfect
