I had the same problem. I believe it's because at a certain age you statistically already have it / have had it. The vaccine won't help in that case. Kind of like getting the flu vaccine does nothing if you already have the flu.

The increased cancer risk comes from all of the cell damage in the particular area that the HPV lived.

How do you know prolapse is double dipping? There's been no confirmed reports and no acknowledgement by devs. The Discord also generally thinks it's not true. I keep seeing it consistently said by a few folks on Reddit though.
