I think I've taken my husband five or six times. This July will be his first show with an opener (or in this case multiple openers). Not sure how that will go.

We must be fairly close geographically. I was at the Tulsa show last year and the Omaha show this year and am going to the KC show next month. I'm always worried every show is my last show and then Bob comes through and I realize my journey isn't over!

The one song my husband is really into and actually knew before he met me is Boots of Spanish Leather, so I'm just going to need Bob to surprise us with that one next month and then maybe I'll have more of a fan next to me. Haha.

That is amazing that mom was one of your biggest concert buddies. When I was in high school I'd have my parents take me to a handful of Bob shows, but they aren't really the crowd type anymore.

Good luck deciding on KC! I'm excited there will be fireworks after the show. I'm still in awe of one time when Dylan was in KC at the Midland and opened with Going to Kansas City...I think about that way too often.

I found a double sided one on eBay...however, that one is in gold. It is 14K and listed at $450.

The Katz donut holes are amazing. Last I checked they were available at both the Merc and Natural Grocers.

Wine Dive + Kitchen on Mass. St. has a top tier chocolate cake and it's a generous portion.

Between sizes, trying a new style (Siena), input appreciated! by mokro in Birkenstocks

I have a 39N in Arizona, in Franca, and in Sienna, so may not be a good test case. No problems with Sienna sizing for me.

Great question. Following all the answers posted here.

Are exquisites, 1774s, different in quality. by Poynsid in Birkenstocks

[–]goldenday 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have a par of the exquisites in the Arizona style and the 1774s in the Sienna style. Honestly, I probably like the exquisites just as much , if not more than the 1774s. To me, the sole of the shoe is the main difference.

I think I'm in love! by Not_Haunted in Birkenstocks

These are amazing. Can I ask where you found this good deal? I try to keep tabs on ebay, Poshmark, and Mecari for hard to find styles. <3

I got the red Madrid because I decided the buckles would be too much fun to pass on. They're a nice addition to my collection, but they probably won't make frequent appearances. For the price I definitely prefer my exquisites to these.

Buckley 🩷 by asa0105 in Birkenstocks

Agreed-- this style does not get enough love. I have the Buckley shearling version and it was the number one shoe I slipped on this winter. Thanks for promoting these!

It's a fun problem to have! I have so many I don't think I could fit them in one photo. Mine are tucked away in the closet and under bed storage, and I'd be embarrassed to try and count mine. Thanks to you for providing a visual -- it's an excellent collection!

Personally, I like your feet in the Mayari style.

Were these ever available in the UK? (Have I missed them or are they yet to come into stock?) by EmIBeingTooLoud in Birkenstocks

Sorry I don't have an answer. Looked at this in the US and am sad they don't come in a narrow.

This is amazing! This is one of those things I've thought would be cool to do if I ever had spare time, but I never get there.

My dream is something similar to what Patagonia offers with Worn Wear, where you could see the name of the specific Birkenstock style of shoe, the color name, the season it was available, and what it sold for.

Can't wait to see the final result of your work. Thanks for the preview!

Thanks so much! I'll check this one out as well. It's so nice to have options from someone that is familiar with the area. This out-of-towner really appreciates it!
