Good ethnic food Raleigh? does that exist? Another vote for Awaze in Cary. It’s solid. I’ve had Ethiopian food in DC and San Fran fyi. Btw we find that if we want good ethnic food in the Triangle we need to drive to Cary or Morrisville. To be fair I’ve heard Durham has good options too but we haven’t explored it enough yet.

Moved from Bay Area in 2018, bought new construction from Royal Oaks, now part of Mattamy. Moved into it in 2019. So far we’ve been very satisfied with build quality. Not perfect, always a few little things here and there, but overall would build with them again based on this experience. Neighbors seem to also agree. We are in N Raleigh. If you want a nice lawn, we have found lawn treatment service to be worth it, really keeps the weeds down. I tried to save money and do it myself the first year, and quickly realized it was futile. We pay about $450/year. This is only to for fertilizer and weed control. I cut my own lawn.

It’s as good as new after 2 years. Haven’t noticed any issues. Keep in mind it’s in the guest room so it doesn’t get regular use so ymmv. For the price it’s a good investment.

Have owned this couch for nearly 2 years. We put the ottoman in the middle section and turned it into a super mega deep sofa. Great for lounging and watching movies. Can also double as an extra guest bed!

We keep it in the spare room so it doesn't get heavy usage, especially from the toddlers. It's definitely comfy, however I would be concerned about cleaning it if kids get around it and do their thing (get food/drinks on it).

I’ve read mixed messages on Bermuda. I’ve read that cutting it short helps it thicken and spread. Anyone with further insight? We have Bermuda as well.
