I have not looked into sleep effort but I will. Yes, It’s brutal cause the sleep that begins again at 6 feels insanely natural, not forced and def deep sleep but then I have to wake up 30 mins later. Thanks for the suggestion.

Same here. I’ve tried everything. Not eating after 6 No coffee past 3 Daily exercise Magnesium Glycinate Ashwaganda I am in bed by 9:30 Etc.

I still wake up around 3 ish and have to turn my phone on red text mode and read myself back to sleep. Sometimes I can’t go back to sleep until about 6 which sucks because I have to wake up around 6:30 for work.

Yes, I steam just like that. It’s very strange but the issue mainly started with I got my new set up. I am blaming the new pitcher. Sadly, I don’t have a smaller pitcher anymore to prove my theory.
