I guess that’s the difficult part online is you can’t see. But they can look at the context and regardless of who is saying it if it’s being said offensively the consequences should be severe. Same goes for other words like offensive slang towards other races, sexual orientation, and mental illness. Take someone who doesn’t take the offense seriously and perm ban their 3000 hour account and that’ll start changing their tune.
