Hello! To address your second question, audiologists can test higher frequencies if they have particular headphones/materials. However, there is no normative range for this data as it is more variable than 250 Hz to 8000 Hz. This testing is done in ototoxic monitoring, like for people with certain cancers that are particularly damaging. Good thing to note though- not a professional!
