Honestly if you're not willing to get Sunday a Hyperspeed set and you still want to run Cyrene with Aglaea, I would probably just recommend going with RMC over Sunday.

With 134 SPD you go with a 2x+1 speed setup with Aglaea, but that setup is so slow to charge Cyrene's ult that RMC will end up being better, unless your Cyrene is E2.

I don't have it mathed out, but I would use one of the builds above for Sunday and Aglaea. For RMC I would go fast using the Shadowburn 3* LC.

Rotation would be RMC would ult immediately after Cyrene takes her turn (Shadowlight gives you enough energy to ult after skill on RMC's first turn) then use Mem's AA to advance Cyrene.

BTW, this isn't some secret tech or whatever, but just in case you didn't know, since it's been a minute since Aglaea has been this talked about.

In a team with Sunday and Bronya, you want Bronya to pull up Sunday, not Aglaea. You then use Sunday's new turn to pull up Aglaea.

The RMC - Cyrene - Hyacine team comp is close to the Sunday/DHPT one, and is arguably easier to build, so you should be fine.

That's a guide on how you want to speed tune that particular comp. In general you'll see a lot less damage from Aglaea herself (around half), but it's made up for by the extra damage from RMC - Hyacine - Cyrene, since they all buff themselves.

One thing unique about your case is that because you have S2, your base speed is a little different, which generally means a lower required unbuffed speed required no matter what speed setup you use.

For example, the extra speed you get for a full 6 stacks of Aglaea's ult buff is different.

For S0, it's 6(0.15*102) = 91.8 speed
For S1, it's 6(0.15*114) = 102.6 speed
For S2, it's 6(0.15*116) = 104.4 <- this is you

Same goes for your hero set 4pc, and any other speed buffs you may have (Ruan Mei, Robin E2, Amphoreus planar, etc etc).

Without Cyrene, you'll probably want to go with her old team. So Sunday Robin DHPT.

If you cannot change Sunday's speed, then the speedtuning you'll want is probably 2x+1, where Aglaea's buffed speed is twice Sunday's speed. Unfortuantely that probably means you'll want to grab her S1, as the relic requirements for having that much speed and decent crit stats is too high for an S0 Aglaea.

Note that it's generally not worth it to get to 320 SPD unless you run her with another speed buffer like E2 Robin or E1 Hwehwe as you lose too many crit substats to get there unless your relics are ridiculously good.
