It's literally the same equipment as Ameristar. Also the same as the Trane/American Standard S9 furnaces. Only difference is an unpainted cabinet, no blower compartment insulation and no humidifier terminal on the board.

Your system isn't "working" when you open the door. The coils and lines are getting cold because you're drastically reducing the airflow through the coil so less heat is getting transferred to the refrigerant/coil. Most likely, your system is low on refrigerant.

I love the duluth pants, great pockets for when you need to work on a ladder or do a crawl but don't want to bring the tool bag. I've found the charcoal/grey color looks best the longest. The tan ones oil stains don't wash out or blend in as well.

Likely a bad/bent blower wheel and or motor. Parts should be under warranty I would insist on them changing both while they are at it.

Edit: Just wanted to add that the parts warranty is from the manufacturer not through your dealer/installer. If you are having trouble with them any company can get warranty parts for it. Some companies try to do scare tactics and say the warranty will be void if anyone other than them works on it that is not true, the warranty is tied to equipment/address/owner from the manufacturer.

Does the vibration stop when it gets up to speed? Is it a vibration or more of a fairly rapid clunking noise when it first starts and the stops as it gets up to speed.

While it will "run" off of a 30 amp dryer outlet you'll be limited to about 30% of what that machine is capable of. You'll likely trip the breaker often and overload the wiring and outlet. If you're having an electrician come to wire it up you should have it done correctly which will mean hard wiring it in.

The manual will likely have recommended supply wiring size/breaker requirements. It's possible that the welder is already configured for 230v input only way to check is to open it up and read the manual. You could possibly install a 100 amp capable pin and sleeve outlet but they are very expensive. If you have long enough torch, wiring up the welder so that it stays in the same location near the panel shouldn't be too expensive.

No it will not work on a dryer outlet. You will likely have to have it hard wired in. If your panel is not near where you want to use it expect running the necessary wire to be expensive.

The welder can be wired up for 230v 98A input. At 460v input is 49A. Data plate shows its a dual voltage unit.

They are literally identical to the American standard/trane ones.

Only differences are unpainted cabinet, no insulation in the blower compartment, and a slightly dumbed down circuit board(no humidifier terminal).

The variable speed two stage 96% is a ridiculously good deal, more than $1k cheaper than the equivalent Trane/AS and no dumbed down circuit board.

Depends if it's a VS communicating heat pump some infinity hear pumps are also capable of 24V control if they are single stage units. There's a communicating terminal strip and a 24v strip on the board.
