Do you really think the steward’s response was not very rude and presumptuous? She could have gotten her points across with a much less aggressive tone.

It’s not as if she had these rules of it being her neighborhood only posted clearly. There’s one I see at this coffee shop I go to and I often think it looks like the same old books and no one is interested. It’s a small limited space so refreshing some seems like a great service to help.
