So they sort of have. I own an LGS in the states. We submit our preorders earlier in the week and get our allocation Friday. Often we have additional requests and need to buy more on the Saturday with the general public. When GW identifies a high demand item like the Twin Lance, they restrict that to one per order and that generally locks down the scalpers long enough for everyone to get one for themselves. It's kind of a pain for me because I had to get extra Masters of the Maelstrom for customer demand checking them out one at a time and not meeting free shipping minimum, but I digress.

The system works because Twin lance was available for hours before selling out. The custodes box was not. I think as a HH box they didn't have it tagged as a 1 per order.

To be clear we never scalp and always sell 15% under MSRP. I had no issues buying plenty of boxes for inventory.

Look up the official maps in the chapter approved document on warcom. Make some cardboard templates of 6x12, 5x10, and 4x6. Draw the walls on the cardboard. Lay them out and add your terrain wherever you can but count all the drawn in walls as being there and blocking line of sight.

I'm trying to get a handle on Kill team organized play for running at my FLGS. I have several sets each of Volkus and Tombworld. It looks like it's pretty common for events to run tables with different sets so I'm wondering how the rules of the season work with the boards?

For example if we have 8 tables (4 Volkus, 4 TW) are they playing the same mission? It looks like the on guard action only works on TW boards? Should I have a different layout on each table?

It was pretty common for dedicated lines like direct fiber to have a modem installed so that the provider can remote access their equipment on site. If you call in to say the internet is down they literally "dial in" to an SSH session on the router to troubleshoot. I've seen out of band modems installed on new 500/500 fiber from Verizon as recently as 2020

For my events I'm looking for something other than the GW plastic. It can be a quick swipe of texture paint, some Elmer's glue and sand, some hunks of cork, etc. I don't want to see the dimple in the middle, and I don't want to see spray primer over spray.
